vectors can be made in photoshop or paintshop pro by using pen tools'

as for the brushes, there are several types of them, i used airbrushes for the soft details.

there are other types of brushes and can have many designs, not just a paint-like brush, but lots of abstract/pop brushes are available here in dA

i dont have that kind of software. my computer is gay and doesnt take downloads well. (vista sucks)

vectoring isn't photo manipulation, vectoring is like. . .uhh. . . .re-cg/remaking the image into fine, high quality images. .

It looks really cool. ^^ Somehow, it looks like artwork from the videogame Okami...I think it's because the black lines look like brush strokes. :)
